Our practice has always adhered to strict infection control protocols, and we continue to do so in accordance with the guidelines provided by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We have implemented additional safety measures to protect both our patients and staff from COVID-19, such as screening patients for symptoms, providing hand sanitizers throughout the office, managing appointments to allow for social distancing, using hospital-grade air purifiers, and frequently disinfecting all surfaces in the office.

To further prevent the spread of COVID-19, we kindly request that patients follow these guidelines:

• Fill out mandatory COVID-19 screening forms before your appointment, which will be sent electronically for touchless convenience.
• Patient is encouraged to come alone during the appointment, with the exception of a necessary parent, guardian, or caretaker who must comply with social distancing rules and encouraged to wear a face mask.
• Drivers is encouraged remain outside the office.
• All patients and companions are encouraged to wear a face mask.
• Your temperature will be taken upon arrival.
